




- Are your cleaners insured?
Yes we have a comprehensive public liability cover. Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damage to your property caused by our cleaners.
As required by law the insurance policy also includes employers liability cover.
- How much notice do I need to give if I want to book the ironing service?
We will do our best to get your garments ironed as soon as possible and in most cases 24 hours notice will be adequate, it could also be longer in certain cases.
- How do you charge? By the hour? Or by the Job?
We charge £15 for a level basket.

- Do I need to provide anything?
No, you will only need to supply a basket for us to collect and return your garments it.
- What happens if I am unhappy with the clean?
In the unusual event that you are dissatisfied with the standard to which your property has been cleaned, Pro Clean will re-clean the property at no extra charge.




- What methods of payment do you accept?
Pro Clean accept cash, cheques, postal orders and payments by monthly standing order and direct debit. Unfortunately, at the moment, Pro Clean cannot accept payment by credit or debit card, although a facility to accept credit cards will be made available via this website in the near future.
- Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. We charge £15 per basket including collection and return.
- Do you guarantee the work carried out?
Yes we do. Pro Clean guarantees that we will perform any cleaning service to your complete satisfaction.
If you are not entirely satisfied with our work Pro Clean will re iron the garments free of charge.
