  • Are your cleaners insured?

Yes we have a comprehensive public liability cover. Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damage to your property caused by our cleaners up to £1 million pounds.

As required by law the insurance policy also includes employers liability cover.

  • How much notice do I need to give if I want to book a cleaner?

We will do our best to get a cleaner to you as quickly as possible but in most cases we will require 48 hours notice, it could also be longer in certain cases.

  • How do you charge? By the hour? Or by the Job?

We charge an hourly rate of £12 per hour.

We find that our clients prefer our office cleaning services to be charged at an hourly rate as its simple and they can work out the overall cost without any 'hidden charges' appearing. The hourly rate includes the supply of all equipment and chemicals so you simply book the cleaner and we take care of the rest.

  • Can the communal area still be used while the cleaning is in progress?

Yes. We understand that certain areas such as common areas, can be very busy so our cleaners are happy to work around those using the facilities. We do ask though that if people are there, they are aware that cleaners may use equipment, vacuum's for example, that could be hazardous.

  • Do I need to provide anything?

No, we supply all chemicals and equipment. If you prefer our cleaners to use your own chemicals and equipment that is perfectly acceptable. In all cases, the chemicals we use are 'C.O.S.H.H'ed' so that if there are any substances that you cannot have on your premises we can make changes to your cleaning plan to accommodate this.

  • What happens if I am unhappy with the clean?

In the unusual event that you are dissatisfied with the standard to which your office has been cleaned, Pro Clean will re-clean the office at no extra charge and offer you the option of another cleaner.

 

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

Pro Clean accept cash, cheques, postal orders and payments by monthly standing order and direct debit. Unfortunately, at the moment, Pro Clean cannot accept payment by credit or debit card, although a facility to accept credit cards will be made available via this website in the near future.

  • Is there a minimum number of hours your cleaners work?

Yes. For communal areas we require that clients have a minimum of 2 - 3 hours cleaning per week. We find that in most cases, 2 - 3 hours is the minimum in which a professional standard of clean can be carried out, however, all clients are different and we are happpy to find a cleaning plan that will suit you.

  • Do you guarantee the work carried out?

Yes we do. Pro Clean guarantees that we will perform any cleaning service to your complete satisfaction.
If you are not entirely satisfied with our work Pro Clean will re clean the areas free of charge.

  • Will we always have the same cleaner?

Yes. We will always try to make sure that it is the same cleaner. Here at Pro Clean we hope that our cleaners become as much part of your team as they are of ours. If however, in the unusual event that you no longer want a particular cleaner, we will be happy to send you a different cleaner.

  • Is there an option for a trial period?

Yes. We usually suggest for both Pro Clean and the client that a two week trial takes place. After the trial ends, we usually ask that a service agreement of six months is put into place.
