Yes we have a comprehensive public liability cover. Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damage to your property caused by our cleaners up to £1 million pounds.
As required by law the insurance policy also includes employers liability cover.
- How do you charge? By the hour? Or by the Job?
We only charge by the job.
The information we need is gathered by the details you give us over the phone or in some cases via a site survey. A quote will then be given based upon the size and condition of the carpet.

- Do I need to provide anything?
No, we supply all chemicals and equipment. The only thing we require from you is a power and water source.
- How long does it take for the carpet to dry?
Drying times can vary, often dependent on how badly soiled the carpet is and also the carpet pile will often determine drying times. Drying times can also vary in certain cases if the carpet is stained and the carpet needs a stain removal treatment. The drying time can in some cases be reduced by keeping the room well ventilated after cleaning and if necessary, we can provide dryers to help speed up the drying process.
- What happens if I am unhappy with the clean?
In the unusual event that you are dissatisfied with the standard to which your carpets have been cleaned, Pro Clean will re-clean the carpets at no extra charge.
- How soon can I have my carpets cleaned?
We aim to book your carpet cleaning as soon as possible and within the next 3 to 5 days. In some cases we may have earlier availabilities. If you have a specific date and time in mind please let us know and we will en devour to clean your carpets as close to this date as possible.
- Do you offer a dry carpet cleaning service?
No we do not offer a dry carpet cleaning service. This is for a number of reasons:
1. Dry powder extraction cannot flush soil and dust mites trapped at the base of the fibers out of the carpet, therefore allergies would not benefit from the clean as they would with a wet clean.
2. Dry cleaning can cause discolouration and in some cases shrinking of the carpet.
3. The process is extremely slow.
4. Almost all carpet manufacturers request annual hot water extraction.
- What methods of payment do you accept?
Pro Clean accept cash, cheques, postal orders and payments by monthly standing order and direct debit. Unfortunately, at the moment, Pro Clean cannot accept payment by credit or debit card, although a facility to accept credit cards will be made available via this website in the near future.
- Is there a minimum charge?
Yes there is. The minimum charge is £40.
- Do you guarantee the work carried out?
Yes we do. Pro Clean guarantees that we will perform any cleaning service to your complete satisfaction.
If you are not entirely satisfied with our work Pro Clean will re clean the areas free of charge.
